Our company is very aware of the issue of sustainability, waste management, and reuse of disused materials. We are committed to reducing the negative impact on global climate change.
We are located in Carrús, Elche and our factory is equipped for the complete manufacturing of our sneakers. From the cutting section, sewing processes, and production techniques of assembly, strobel and vulcanization, passing through quality control and ending with the packaging of the products.
To take care of the environment we have installed self-consumption solar panels. We try to find and implement the right solutions for a sustainable future and comply with demanding regulations.
At FEDALA we rethink traditional design criteria and opt for ECODESIGN. Not only to improve the environmental impact but also to be able to support our clients and be in the same important alliance that is S U S T A I N A B I L I T Y.
Footwear is a complex product, made up of a multitude of materials and components, assembled with different techniques, and also subject to specific health, ergonomics and performance standards. Ecodesign becomes our fundamental methodology to improve the sustainability of footwear and use sustainable, recycled or recyclable materials, and avoid synthetic qualities that are so difficult to eliminate from our sector.
Ecodesign is thinking about all stages of the life cycle, it is the ESSENTIAL TOOL OF THE CIRCULAR ECONOMY, since any product begins with the design phase. Just as we design, assemble and produce our sneakers, it affects all manufacturing phases, the end of the product's life cycle and its recycling when the product is no longer useful.
Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is the tool par excellence to identify and implement enhancements and new methodologies throughout all stages of development and production.
We are committed to the integration of the SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals, which establish objectives for continuous evolution in each of the areas involved.
